When you schedule your new patient appointment at Grove City Center for Dentistry, you’ll receive 12 months of free teeth whitening at your first visit.
How our Free Whitening for a Year Program Works:
- First, schedule your new patient appointment by calling 614-875-3141 or schedule online at your convenience.
- At your first appointment, you will have a comprehensive consultation, exam and hygiene cleaning.
- At the end of your appointment, we will provide you with an Opalescence Go™ disposable, take-home whitening system. This system includes 12 single-use prefilled whitening trays that are ready to use right out of the box.
Eligibility for Free Whitening:
To be eligible for the Free Whitening for a Year program, patients must meet these requirements:
- Schedule a new patient appointment.
- Show up for the scheduled first appointment. Cancellation of your first appointment nullifies your eligibility to receive free whitening.
- Be in good financial standing. Payment for your visit is due in full at the time of service.
Your initial new patient appointment will include:
- Health history review
- Digital X-rays suited to specific patient need
- Full mouth periodontal exam
- Charting of existing restorations
- Intra-oral photo tour of your mouth
- Dental cleaning or periodontal treatment, based on your dental health needs
- Oral cancer screening
- DIAGNOdent early detection device for cavities and their severity
- Cosmetic analysis to review the shape and shade of your teeth
- Orthodontic evaluation and TMJ exam
- Comprehensive oral evaluation by Dr. Simone or Dr. Lowe
