Nothing, unless you decide otherwise. There’s no premium, no contract and no minimum number of employees. Your team enrolls on their own and pays their own membership. If you’d like to contribute part of the cost, you can, and you’d only pay for the employees who enrolled.

No. It’s a membership plan with our practice. There’s no insurance company involved, which is why there are no deductibles, no annual maximum, no network restrictions and no claims that can be denied.

We send your company an invitation and set up a portal. From there you add your team, either one at a time or by uploading a list, and each person receives an email to complete their own enrollment and payment. You’re never filling out forms on anyone else’s behalf.

Not quite. We send your business its own invitation rather than a public code, so everything stays tied to your company. Once you’re set up, you add your team from your dashboard and each person gets their own enrollment email.

If your business isn’t contributing, your employees pay their own membership directly, the same as any of our individual members. If your business chooses to contribute, we bill your business each month instead.

You can contribute a set dollar amount each month, or a percentage up to a limit you choose. One thing worth knowing up front: when a business contributes, we bill the business for the full membership of each enrolled employee, and the business collects the employee’s share on its own end, usually through payroll. It’s straightforward once it’s set up, and we’re glad to walk you through how other businesses handle it.

No. Employees can use their plan the same day they finish enrolling.

Usually within a few days. Once your company account is set up, you add your team and each person gets an enrollment email. As soon as they’ve entered their profile and payment details, they’re active and can schedule a visit.

No. Businesses of any size are welcome.

Yes, any time. There’s no enrollment window, so you can add someone the week they start.

If your business isn’t contributing to the cost, nothing changes. The membership belongs to the employee and they keep it. If your business is contributing, we’ll reach out to the employee directly and offer them the option to continue the plan on their own.

We have separate plans for adults, children 12 and under, and periodontal maintenance patients, so a family can enroll whichever members they need. Give us a call and we’ll confirm how that would work for your team.
